Free Shipping on all orders!
Jewelry: 8-15 business day delivery window includes both Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Processing Time: Please be patient as we prepare your order. After this time, your shipping label will be created and you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. You may notice a delay between your shipping label being generated and your order arriving at the shipping facility. This is expected as it is the transit time for your product to arrive from our warehouse to the location of the shipping carrier. Please note that our estimated delivery window is not guaranteed, and delays may occur while processing or shipping.
Order Cancellation
We are not able to cancel orders once they have been placed. Once you receive the package, you will need to proceed with an exchange. If you have made an error with shipping information, please contact us within 2 hours of the order being placed and we may be able to revise.
Incorrect Shipping Address
MOISSANITES is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take care to enter the correct shipping details at checkout.
Lost Parcels
MOISSANITES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. In the rare event that a package never reaches you after 90 business days, and we can no longer track the package in our system. You will have to obtain a proof from your local post office stating that you haven’t received any packages from our sending address within this time period, and we will ship out another package again as soon as possible.
Delivered but not delivered
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received. Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders. If the package is returned by the post office or shipping carrier, then it will either get destroyed or become an unregistered package.
